My working experience includes Apple , as a People Experience Manager as well as an Executive Assistant, and Zeiss, as a Project Specialist. I have extensive experience within the realm of hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and developing teams. While at Apple, I utilized SMART goals and Korn Ferry Leadership Architect to develop team members. Competencies were also extensively used throughout the interviewing process.
